Beyonce Knowles: Is she pregnant with a second child?

Fans are beginning to think Beyonce has gone preggers following a disarming change of lyrics by rapper Jay Z, her equally A-list husband, during Friday's "On the Run" show at Paris.

Jay Z displayed the change of lyrics, and possibly family size, as he performed the hit song "Beach is Better." He added a rap, saying the beach was better because "she pregnant with another one."

The lyric change became more of a cue with a subsequent Instagram video that appeared on Vibe.com following the show presenting the new lyrics from the Paris event. The two-night Paris shows wrap up the very successful tour on Saturday. That show will be aired later on HBO.

For the record, representatives of both singers have not responded for comment.

The world's most popular singing couple had been rumored to be on the rocks, and stirred, following a well-documented bit of turmoil on an elevator between Beyonce's sister and Jay Z.

However, others doubted the elevator scenario meant much with some even suggesting it was a publicity hoax engineered by the couple for whatever reason.

Those trouble in paradise rumors took what seemed to be a death blow this summer with Beyonce and Jay Z looking in love as they kissed at the MTV Video Awards following Beyonce's acceptance of the Michel Jackson Vanguard Video Award.

Jay Z, 44, and Beyonce, 33, got hitched in April 2008. Four years later, they were joined by their love child of a daughter Blue Ivy who was born January, 2012. Perhaps tellingly, Jay Z rapped a prequel to the birth with a well-noted lyric change during a performance of "Love On Top" as Beyonce rubbed her baby-to-be bump.
