Chinese smartphone manufacturer Coolpad has announced that its latest devices - the Coolpad Note 3S and Coolpad Mega 3 smartphones - are set to launch in India this coming Nov. 30. The company has started out media invites for the said event, which is scheduled to take place in New Delhi.

The Coolpad Note 3S smartphone features a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display screen. The device is powered by an octa-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 processor clocked at a speed of 1.3 GHz, which is paired with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. It comes equipped with a built-in 16GB of internal storage, which can be expandable up to 64GB via a micro SD card.

The Note 3S runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) operating system out of the box, along with Coopad's latest Cool UI 6.0 user interface laid on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash support and a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter. It is backed with a 3000mAh capacity battery inside.

Connectivity options include 2G, 3G, 4G/ LTE, dual SIM, Wi-Fi, GPRS/EDGE, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, WLAN, and micro USB. The phone measures body dimension of 151 x 7 x 9.3mm and weighs 155 grams.

On the other hand, the Coolpad Mega 3 sports a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display screen. The handset is powered by a quad-core Mediatek's MT6753P processor, which is clubbed with 3GB RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. It has 16GB of ROM, with the option to expand up to 32GB via a dedicated microSD card. The phone runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system with Cool UI 8.0 user interface. It is backed with a 2500mAh capacity battery.

On the camera front, the Mega 3 has an 8-megapixel rear shooter and 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Other features the device offers include 4G network support, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a microUSB port. The device is measured 7.85 mm of thickness and weighs around 140 grams.
