LG officially launched its latest device - the LG V20 smartphone - in India for the price of Rs. 54,999 (around $806). The device features a massive 5.7-inch 2K display screen and dual rear cameras.

The LG V20 is the successor to the last year's LG V10 smartphone, which also came with dual front cameras and secondary ticker display. To recall, the LG V20 is the world's first smartphone to run on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.

Talking about the specifications, the LG V20 smartphone features a 5.7-inch IPS Quantum screen with a Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection laid on top. Under the hood, the device is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor clocked at the speed of 2.15GHz, coupled with Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB of RAM onboard. It comes with 64GB built-in storage that can be extended up to a massive 2TB via microSD card slot.

On the camera side, the LG V20 sports a dual 16-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture and an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor with f/2.4 aperture rear camera. The primary rear camera also supports OIS 2.0, PDAF, manual mode for image and video recording, and laser autofocus. On the front is a 5-megapixel selfie camera with f/1.9 aperture and wide-angle lens.

As mentioned earlier, the device runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat with the in-house LG UX 5.0+ user interface on top. Fueling the LG V20 is a removable 3,200mAh capacity battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology support.

Connectivity options include 4G, Bluetooth 4.2, circular fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, S-GPS, and USB Type-C port.
