OnePlus 3 and 3T Smartphone Receives New OxygenOS 4.0.1 Update
OnePlus officially releases the latest OxygenOS software update for OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T smartphones. The new OxygenOS update carries a software version of 4.0.1, which is an Android v7.0 Nougat-based operating system.

This new software update comes with some bug fixes from the previous versions. It also has a workarounds to the PlayStore downloads problem, which includes following Google's troubleshooting steps by turning on Battery Saving Mode, resetting Play Store app preferences, or force stopping/uninstalling AVG Antivirus, Truecaller, and PayTm apps.
To recall, the OnePlus 3 smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixel) Optic AMOLED display screen protected by the fourth generation Corning Glass protection. Under the hood, the handset is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 processor. It comes equipped with Adreno 530 GPU and 6GB of RAM onboard. The phone has a built-in 64GB internal memory storage, which is not expandable.
The OnePlus 3 sports a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera with f/2.0, phase detection, OIS, and LED flash support. On the front is an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.0. Powering the phone is a non-removable Li-Ion 3,000mAh capacity battery with fast charging technology.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus 3T smartphone flaunts a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixel) Optic AMOLED display screen with Corning Glass 4 protection. The phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 processor paired with Adreno 530 GPU and 6GB of RAM. It has 64GB/128GB ROM, 16-megapixel (rear) and 16-megapixel (front) cameras, and non-removable Li-Ion 3,000mAh capacity battery.
Connectivity options available for both devices include Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11, GPS with A-GPS, and fingerprint scanner.
