The arrest was made after officers were called to a hotel due to a disturbance in the hotel lobby involving Brendon and some hotel staff. Brendon was said to have shown 'signs of intoxication and refused to remain seated while officers spoke to the witnesses'.

Witnesses reported that he broke a decorative dish. He was then arrested and taken into custody after he repeatedly tried to walk away from the scene.

Officers say that additional charges are possible after further investigation.

The incident occurred just a few weeks after his marriage to girlfriend Moonda Tee, the two tied the knot only a week after Brendon proposed.

Brendon entered rehab in 2004 for addiction to alcohol. He spoke about his decision to enter rehab in one of his interviews saying, "After realizing that being an alcoholic was taking control of my life, I decided to enter rehab to regain my health."

But, in 2010, just six years after his stint in rehab, he was tasered and arrested in Los Angeles, California in 2010 having caused a commotion while under the influence of alcohol, which led him to once again enter rehab.
