The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service has recalled nearly 32,000 pounds of chicken nuggets.

Bill & Evan's Breaded Chicken products from Murry's, Inc. with a Gluten Free mark are now in question for being at risk of staphylococcal Enterotoxin.

Staphylococcus aureus bacterium is known to cause food poisoning. Infected people will experience cramps, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting within just half an hour of ingesting the bacteria.

The Colorado Department of Agriculture discovered this staphylococcal Enterotoxin contamination during the retail surveillance and sampling program and then reported to USDA.

There haven't been any reports of illnesses related to the recalled chicken nuggets, however.

Included in the recall are 12 ounce boxes of Bell & Evans Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets and 10.5 ounce boxes of Bell & Evans Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Breast.

The Bill & Evan's boxes were marked "best by August 9, 2015" and had the establishment number "P-516" inside the USDA mark of inspection.

According to USDA, this recall is classified as a "health hazard where there is a reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death."

Murry's CEO Ira Mendelson said they decided to pull out the products after discovering traces of the toxins in one of the boxes.

"Even having knowledge of one box being contaminated, we felt a voluntary recall would be necessary," Mendelson added.
