A report from Radar said that Affleck was seen through a local security of moving his cash with the count. The ban was issued around 10 PM as the suspicion increased.

TMZ reported that Affleck was banned for life, while MailOnline said that he was still allowed in the hotel but was reprimanded to play blackjack only.

According to sources, the hotel staff approached the actor politely saying that he was too good at the game, in reference to the alleged card counting during a game of blackjack. The staff also told Affleck that he could play other games instead, said sources.

A hotel representative gave a response on Friday regarding the ban on Affleck saying that the actor was a valued guest at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and has not been barred from the property. The statement, according to Fox, said that the hotel welcomes Ben any time.

Ben was alleged of using $100 black cheques to record the count while he was playing the card game which was referred to as a perfect basic. Meanwhile, card counting is not illegal however casinos could kick any player out who was confirmed to have used the tactic.

A report from Radar continued saying that other casinos around the area were alerted of Affleck's alleged advantage play a day after the confrontation was made.
