Initially the public was shocked, but after the hype sort of died down, many were reportedly curious to know who the lucky man is assigned to cover Kim Kardashian's body in baby oil.

Mario Dedivanovic, the man behind the glistening curves of one of TV's most celebrated personalities, chatted with the Daily News about his perhaps coveted job. He mentioned that the first question people ask of him when he meets them is what kind of oil he used to accentuate her curves, according to the New York Daily News.

"I don't have a name for the oil," the Bronx-born and raised makeup artist told the Daily News Thursday. "It's just a baby oil product from Europe. I just sprayed it all over her body from a pump bottle."

Dedivanovic added that he wished he could remember the brand of the baby oil he used to make Kim's gorgeous curves glisten.

"Everyone keeps asking me about it," he said. "It's so crazy. It's just a basic baby oil product."

The Paper magazine "internet-breaking" photos were shot by photographer Jean-Paul Goude.

"The shoot was very fun," said the 32-year-old makeup artist. "It's always a great experience when working with such an iconic legendary photographer."

Dedivanovic also revealed how got Kim prepared for the shoot in Paris during fashion week, running from Feb. 25 to March 5.

"For the face, we went for a natural look," he explained. "Jean-Paul Goude wanted me to do my thing but make her look like her herself. We used a very simple black liquid line on the eyes, no false lashes, just a pretty, classic look. I don't have a name for the product on the lip either. It was a peachy nude lipstick."

Dedivanovic added that since they were aiming for a "dewy" look, he used "some Evian on her face."

The famous beauty professional was also asked if Kim's husband, Kanye West, was on set to witness the shoot.

"It was just myself, Kim and the photographer. He sketched out what he wanted to do and we did it," Dedivanovic said. "The whole shoot was actually pretty quick," he added. "When they did the nude shots, it was a closed set - just myself, Kim and the photographer."

He also added that "the makeup, very quick."

"It took about 20 minutes. The hair was more detailed, more artistic. The makeup was very simple," Dedivanovic said further.

Meanwhile, Dedivanovic's father, an Albanian immigrant from Montenegro, said that while he hadn't seen the the controversial photos, he said he was "very proud" of his son.

"I knew he was going to become famous," the 67-year-old said. "He loves his job, and he's so dedicated to that kind of job. He works very hard."

"I don't ask him too many questions about his business," he added. "I know about Kim Kardashian. But he also worked with Jennifer Lopez and others."

Other famous personalities who Dedivanovic has worked with include Christina Aguilera, Natasha Bedingfield, Eliza Dushku, Michelle WilliamsLil Kim and Gina Gershon.

The photographer behind the photos, Frenchman Goude, is reportedly not unfamiliar with bare photoshoots. His muse and girlfriend for years was the performer Grace Jones. The couple a son named Paulo.
