Ada Choi Pulls Out Her Shares from Motion Picture Kidswear

After investing in a children's apparel brand called Motion Picture Kidswear last year with a couple of her friends, Hong Kong actress Ada Choi has reportedly withdrawn last July with reports claiming that she is no longer one of the endorsers of the brand.

In September last year, Choi, along with her two friends, were said to have invested a seven-figure sum in a children's apparel brand called Motion Picture Kidswear, which is a clothing and accessories brand for kids. Other than that Choi and her daughter, Zoe, were also designated as the main endorsers of the brand.

However, reports have surfaced that the actress has allegedly withdrawn from the endorsement and has not been making appearances to promote the brand starting in July of this year.

On November 21, Friday, the actress is said to have announced that she is no longer a part of the brand, taking to her social networking service account to relay the message.

The actress is said to have explained that she has left Motion Picture Kidswear on her Sina Weibo blog. She wrote, "One year ago, I invested in the company with excitement, but now I have decided to withdraw my shares."

Additionally, she stated that despite leaving the company, she is thankful about it, claiming that she has put a lot of effort and worked hard for it, also saying that she has learned a lot from it. She then added that she will continue to work hard in order to prepare for her future.

To end her post, she thanked her supporters.

Despite her announcement, Hong Kong media reports say that it lacked explanation and clarification as to why she decided to do so, leaving the public puzzled. Furthermore, the actress has previously expressed her dedication towards the business and even hoped she would be able to open a retail shop by summer of this year.
