The Heists DLC release date for  "Grand Theft Auto 5" hasn't been announced yet, but GTA enthusiasts are speculating it will come very soon as information was leaked showing new Heist Job Contacts within the game files.

Renowned YouTube GTA tipster DomisLive, also known as Dom, announced in one of his latest videos information about multiple Job Contacts for Heists that can now be seen in the game files. According to Dom, anyone with the know-how to search through game files can easily find the leaked contacts.

For those who aren't aware, Job Contacts are essentially the pictures in "GTA 5" that show up on your phone as you're scrolling through to call someone for a jobin the game. Dom mentions that all new picture contacts from game files have the words "char_mp" meaning Character Multiplayer, and will be coming to GTA Online.

Dom describes a number of new contacts and suggests that they likely have something to do with the looming Heists DLC that Rockstar said would be coming with the next big update. Some of the contacts include an old veteran soldier as an Army contact, Biker Boss contact, FIB contact, Mexican Boss contact, and more.

With leaked Job Contacts that can now be found in the game files, many GTA enthusiasts are speculating that the release of Heists will be coming with the next 1.19 update real soon. Since Rockstar typically release DLCs on a Tuesday, the earliest potential launch date for Heists would be on Dec. 2.

It would make sense for Rockstar to release Heists before Christmas to capitalize on sales for the holiday season. If that's the case, then gamers can expect to receive the DLC on one of the Tuesday's in December.

Additionally, the Thermite bomb that was found in texture files of source code by hacker enthusiast St3v3hacker is speculated to be included with the Heists DLC. The thermite bomb is the most destructive hand grenade used by U.S. soldiers, as it produces a molten iron and intense heat of up to 4,000 degrees Fahrenheit through a chemical reaction.

This extreme heat will make thermite bombs good for destroying weapon caches, bunkers and vehicles. The weapon would also be useful when blowing the doors off safes or holes in walls in certain Heists missions.
