Harry Potter star Emma Watson, who was recently linked to Prince Harry in the previous news sparked fans' enthusiasm worldwide.

Unfortunately, as what the 24 year old actress emphasized, the 'so-called' fairytale union between her and the British royalty never existed as denies dating rumors through Twitter yesterday,Sydney Morning Herald reports.

The rumor started when tabloids disseminated the news that Watson and Prince Harry were dating secretly.  According to an Australian magazine, the pair were a couple and Prince Harry was said to be smitten with the Harry Potter star.

"After numerous relationships, it looks like notorious bachelor Prince Harry has found love with the gorgeous Harry Potter star Emma Watson. Woman's Day can exclusively reveal the pair are having secret dates with each other and getting to know each other quite well," according to an Australian tabloid.

The tabloid also quoted an insider who shared that the 30 year old Prince Harry asked her out via email upon learning that she recently separated from rugby player Matthew Janney.

The pair never actually met in person, at least not in public and Watson clarifies these dating rumors as something that is not true.

Emma Watson officially declared that the rumors of her dating the British Royalty is apparently rubbish but that doesn't mean that she's not a princess.

"WORLD, Remember that little talk we had about not believing everything written in the media," says Watson, through the social media Twitter yesterday.

Watson also posted a clip from the 1996 movie, A Little Princess, with the matching tagline, "All Girls Are Princesses".

"Also, marrying a Prince not a prerequisite for being a Princess," she tweeted.

The public has been rooting for the couple to end up together but for now, at least they will have to keep on pretending.
