65-year old former Olympic gold medalist, Bruce Jenner, was recently photographed talking on his phone while driving in Los Angeles, California on Friday for the second time since he was involved in a fatal car accident leading to the passing of a 69-year old woman. 

Jenner was photographed talking on his phone while driving his black Porsche after playing a round of golf at a popular Los Angeles country club. It is common knowledge that drivers in the state of California are required by law to use hands-free accessories while talking on phones if they are driving.

Earlier this month Jenner was involved in a four-car accident in Malibu, he rear ended the Lexus of 69-year old Kim Howe who passed away at the scence after her car was pushed by Jenner's Cadillac Escalade into oncoming traffic, photos taken by the paparazzi moments before the accident showed Jenner holding a cigarette while driving.

It was rumored that Jenner would be slapped with a manslaughter charge but Los Angeles County officials recently revealed that they will not be charging the Olympian stating that Jenner was not under the influence and was not speeding. But, they clarified that he will not be walking away from the case because he might be charged with following too closely or driving at a speed that was not fit for the road given the conditions during the time of the accident.

Jenner is not the only one in his family with a fetish for driving and texting or talking on the phone. His 17-year old daughter, Kylie Jenner, was stopped by officials several times in the last 2 years for the same reasons.
