The first victim of the fight was 21-year old Enoch Gaver, who was killed in the fight that took place in the town of Cottonwood. Suspect David Gaver, 28, was shot in the stomach and taken into custody for questioning.

A police sergeant by the name of Jeremy Daniels also sustained wounds in the fight as he got shot in the leg during the brawl.

The video released last Friday was taken using a dashcam video of the police's vehicles. It showed police from Cottonwood approaching a group of eight people.

They were identified as members of the Gaver family, a Christian family band. They were all standing around a large SUV in a Walmart parking lot.

Officers walked over in order to question them about the alleged beating and assault of one Walmart employee who was going into the bathroom. With the police was another Walmart employee who also wanted to question them.

As the video played on, one officer could be heard telling the group that there is a need to "separate these folks and talk to them."

A man from the family replied to the policeman's suggestion, saying they are not going to separate him from the parents. He also said not to touch him.

The melee began with a police officer being put in a headlock and subsequently knocked to the ground. Tasers sounds filled the feed and the police say the pepper spray was also deployed on the scene.

Escalating quickly, three shots were fired when some member of the family was scrambling for the officer's gun.

Throughout the video, the family seemed to surrender but began fighting again. This went on for several minutes until backup came and arrests were made.

At least three of the family members there were part of a Christian band called, "Matthew 24 Now."
