President Barack Obama made fun of Republicans in Congress on Wednesday after they voted to take action against him for allegedly abusing his power as head of state.

After a 225-201 vote, the House of Representatives approved a Republican-drafted lawsuit against Obama that will emphasize modifications he independently made to his signature health care law, the Affordable Care Act. Five Republicans and all 53 Democrats disapprove of the decision.

Republican members mentioned a historical document in their accusation that Obama is circumventing Congress.

"This isn't about Republicans and Democrats, it's about defending the Constitution that we swore an oath to uphold," said House Speaker John Boehner, according to Reuters.

Obama, during a visit to Kansas City, MO., openly mocked his political rivals in a campaign-style speech, chuckling  as he blamed the Republicans of wasting time rather than helping the people of the nation.

"Stop being mad all the time. Stop, stop, stop just hatin' all the time," the president said of Republicans, according to NBC News.

Republicans have complained loudly that Obama has employed "king-like" jurisdiction in making executive decisions such as extending benefits of same-sex partners and raising the minimum wage of federal contractors. Collectively, they decided to pinpoint "Obamacare" as they think it will have the highest probability of succeeding in the federal court system.

The lawsuit is being dismissed by Obama as nothing more than a performance to increase visibility for the upcoming election. He states that the ploy is a diversion from problems such as the southwestern border crisis or the highway construction.

Millions of dollars will be spent in the action, said Democrats in Congress. They added that the case would not stop the determined president to enforce laws.

It's not the first time that the president has provoked the conservative Republicans regarding the case. After being threatened with the case by Boehner,  the head of state told people in Washington that "middle-class families can't wait for Republicans in Congress to do stuff," according to The Latino Post
