Taylor Swift Sings for 7-Year Old Cancer Patient, Can Be the Cutest Thing You Ever See Today (VIDEO)

Taylor Swift bonded with and sang for a 7-year-old cancer patient, Jordan Nickerson, at the Boston Children's Hospital on Sunday.

Swift made Nickerson, who has Williams Syndrome and leukemia, and his family's day by singing them her "favorite song" that they could "dance to."

In the video taken of the visit, Swift was asking the little boy his favorite song and he suggested that she make the choice.

Then, when they settled with "Getting Back Together," Nickerson excitedly said, "Yes! Yes! That song!"

Before she started singing the song, the country singer asked Nickerson about the things he liked to do, like getting creative with Play-Doh and Spider-Man, whom the 7-year-old met the day before,

"I didn't know you were coming," gushed Nickerson.

Swift responded, "That's because we wanted to surprise you."

The adorable young Nickerson joined Swift in dancing and singing along with "Never Getting Back Together."

The two danced around the room and Swift also swirled in her black floral dress while singing. There were onlookers outside Nickerson's room who also watched Swift's mini performance.

Swift encouraged Nickerson as he sang and commended him saying, "Perfect!" throughout the song.

The video was posted by Nickerson's parents in Facebook.  The video already gained more than 100,000 views since it was posted on Sunday.

Many of her fans admired Swift for her "class act."

A YouTube follower, AwesomePerfection1, posted, "I love this so much... Such an awesome person for bringing bright smiles and happiness for the less fortunate children. Keep doing what you're doing Taylor  and thank you for being such a great person :)"

She was even able to capture the hearts of "non-fans."

Bethany Marie, who said she's not really a fan of Swift's music said, "I do respect Taylor a lot for doing things like this. I wish more celebrities were this selfless."
