1. Breathing Exercise

In practicing yoga, breathing is very important. It regulates oxygen and blood flow all over your body -- leaving you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. If you want to improve your skin's glow, you need enough oxygen and to learn how to breathe properly. Here's a breathing exercise you can try.

First, sit on the floor with your legs crossed. Breathe normally with your eyes closed. Relax and start taking deep breaths through both nostrils. Count to ten, hold, then release. Count to ten, then hold again. Repeat for five to ten minutes.

2. Headstand

Style Craze recommends the headstand if you want long-lasting, healthy and radiant skin. Although the pose is a bit difficult, especially for beginners, doing headstands improves blood circulation on the face and reverses the flow of gravity. So doing a headstand may actually give you an instant facelift, as it lets the skin on your face hang on the opposite direction.

To do a headstand, place a yoga mat or stack up some thick blankets on the floor to support your head. Kneel on the floor and keep you spine straight. Put you hands on you knees, breathe and relax.

Bring your hands in front of you. Elbows on the floor, palms interlocking. Put your head between your palms. Take a few breaths before trying to lift your body.

In lifting your body, start with your knees up to your hips. The position is supported by your head, toes and forearms. Then, slowly lift one leg before lifting the other.

To come down, bend your knees, curl, then bring down one leg after another.

3. Bow Pose

As the name suggests, in doing this pose, your body will take the shape of a bow. The pose also improves blood flow. According to Yoga Journal, the Bow Pose also aids in menstrual discomfort.

Lie down on your belly, hands on the side, palms facing up. Bend your knees.

Grab your ankles. Put your weight on your abdomen.

Pull your ankles with your hands as you breathe normally in and out.
