A lot of gamers have remarked on the lack of depth in the first person shooter on the "Star Wars Battlefront", which was released in November. The game developer has hinted that succeeding "Star Wars" may be a single player game.

Blake Jorgensen, Electronic Arts Financial Officer, revealed in a Nasdaq Investor Conference held in Europe that the "Star Wars Battlefront" was developed in a shallow shooter mode, PC Gamer reported. He further explained that the game was intended to be easily accessed by different age groups, which means an 8-year old player can play with an older player, while a 20-year-old can also play and enjoy the game in the same way. However, the game may not have all the complexities, which hardcore players are looking for.

"Star Wars Battlefront" features a wise playable shooter in the "Star Wars Universe" highlighting the conflict between the Empire and the Rebel Alliance.

"Star Wars Battlefront" fans have applauded the lively illustration of the prominent backdrop and clashes in "Star Wars," while the critics of the game have objected to its limited variety of play and simple content like the ruling out of the campaign mode or the single player content, TV News Room reported.

"Star Wars Battlefront," an action-shooter game, has been on since Nov. 17. It is published by the Electronic Arts for Xbox One, PlayStation 4.
