Fallout 4, the most popular game this year, has received an initial update on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Game developer Bethesda already revealed what to  expect from the current patch for PC like additional features such as remapping and a lot of bug fixes that can improve the game.  A similar update is also expected to come to Xbox One and PS4 versions this week, according to Steam.

The complete patch notes created for the update of Fallout 4 1.2 include number pad keys for remapping and Remapping Activate on Quick Container.

Issues that were fixed include improvements in performance found in Corvega Assembly Plant, stability and general memory; problems involving players that get stuck in the terminals, equipped weapons getting locked following the completion of Reunions, inability to complete the quest in "When Freedom Calls"; crash like jumping into the water and when reloading the saved games; continuous regeneration of player's health in "Confidence Man"; and Launcher's inability to properly save the setting of God Rays Quality.

But as observed by PC Gamer, the latest update has reduced the mod support for the Fallout 4 and  has noted that this new update has decreased mod support for Fallout 4 and the launcher disabled mods on the .INI edit and startup.

To fix this, the players must perform the following: Launch Nexus Mod Manager - Launch Fallout 4 - Shift to NMM - Re-enable  the mods - then return to Fallout 4.

Meantime, Games Radar has shared a hack with a Fallout 4 holiday theme for the players to use to bring the spirit of Christmas to the Diamond City. To do this, the players should set an in-game calendar for Dec. 25, 2287 or  even 2288 if they have surpassed the previous outside the city. The players can then see a wonderful Christmas offering particularly the colorful decors and lights.

Fallout 4 is a fourth installment developed by Bethesda and launched in November. It is currently available for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
