"Harry Potter" fans, rejoice! J.K. Rowling has just released another magical tale set in the Wizarding World of the boy who defeated He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.

The highly-acclaimed author took to writing to create the story of singer and sorceress, Celestina Warbeck.

As released in the said Pottermore story, Rowling chronicled the life of the sorceress she describes as one of her top "favorite 'off-stage'" characters in the series.

In the new story, Warbeck, a Hogwarts graduate belonging to the House of Gryffindor, was forced to attend the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry because she had no choice. There were no "wizarding stage schools" in their world - that is, no theater and art schools around.

Warbeck's mother is described as a persistent woman who constantly bombarded Hogwarts with notes, saying that the school should create a theater group or dance class so that her daughter can show off her talents.

With her mother's belief in her ability and, Warbeck's hard work and persistence, she grew up to become "the Singing Sorceress", one of the most famous singers in the whole Wizarding World.

She became known for record-breaking songs such as "You Stole My Cauldron, But You Can't Have My Heart," while supported by her backup singers, The Banshees.

Rowling shared that Warbeck was never mentioned in the seven Harry Potter books, but that she "always imagined her to resemble Shirley Bassey in both looks and style."

The author said that she stole the sorceress' name from a woman she befriended when she worked with Amnesty International's headquarters in London, stating that "'Celestina' was simply begging to be scooped up and attached to a glamorous witch."

Although Warbeck never made an appearance in the series, Rowling shared that she has been part of the Wizarding World from the beginning. The sorceress appeared in Rowling's "Daily Prophet" series which she created for a fan club organized by Bloomsbury, her UK publisher. Both the series and the fan club were short-lived.

Rowling is hinting that Warbeck might once again appear in a future story.
