Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming opened up about his wife Angelababy's decision to undergo tests just to prove to everyone that she has not done any plastic surgery. "The Crossing" star shared that he was reluctant to support his wife thinking that it could only affect her health.

According to Toggle, Huang claimed that going for medical verification is quite an unnecessary process. He added that he was also worried about the repercussions of the tests. The actor also pointed out that Angelababy had nothing to prove as long as her conscience is clear.

The "Hitman: Agent 47" star, however, decided to go through the procedure a week after their wedding in October of last year.

Huang shared that Angelababy was determined to prove to everyone that she did not undergo any cosmetic surgery. He also explained that the verification will help her case against the defamation complaint she filed against a Chinese clinic that claimed that she had a chin job.

Huang added that Angelababy wanted to do the tests before she gets pregnant, adding that it could cause complications.

"She doesn't want our kids to see these reports in future and suffer. She wants to prove to the kids that mummy didn't have plastic surgery," he explained.

"Although she's young, she thinks a lot so, in the end, I agreed, but I was still reluctant."

The doctors at Beijing's Plastic Surgery Hospital (Insittute) confirmed that the Hong Kong based model is all natural, verifying that Angelababy's face "bore no incisions or implants." Toggle reported that court officials were present throughout the entire consultation process to ensure that Angelababy completed all the tests.
