Zelda Williams is back on Twitter, Posts an Inspirational Message

It has been weeks since actor Robin Williams passed away and it has also been a tough time for his daughter, Zelda. Zelda has received unkind comments on Twitter which pushed her to take her account down in the wake of her father's death.

The 25-year-old actress took the app off her phone but has now regained her composure. She has posted a very inspirational message on Monday afternoon as a sign of her return to the Twitterverse.

She captioned a link with the words "Thank You". The link directed to a quote which was on her Tumblr page. The quote had an important message with regard to bullying: "Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself." The quote was from actor Harvey Fierstein.

Recalling the day when Zelda took her Twitter account down, she wrote: "I'm sorry. I should've risen above. Deleting this from my devices for a good long time, maybe forever. Time will tell. Goodbye." This was posted on August 12, 2014.

Her father's death had been trending on Twitter and it resulted to an overwhelming number of comments and tributes but some people chose to see the negativity of the situation.

Anonymous Twitter users demanded that Zelda should post pictures of her father and also sent her graphic images with hate notes.  Zelda defended herself and her family as soon as bashers tried to worsen the situation. She said that a lot of people take pictures with her dad but she was one of the lucky people who get to spend time with him with no cameras at all.

She added in a lighter way: "As for those who are sending negativity, know that some small, giggling part of him is sending a flock of pigeons to your house to poop on your car. Right after you've had it washed. After all, he loved to laugh too."
