There have been rumors that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are dating. Now, there are talks that the two have split.

Neither Holmes nor Foxx ever confirmed that indeed they were in a relationship.

Foxx was recently spotted out and about with a woman - not Holmes. According to Hofmag, the Annie actor was trying hard to impress his new woman, showing off circus acts, to prove he is still young at heart, despite being 48-years-old.

Meanwhile, Parent Herald has reported that Holmes is trying her best to keep her daughter grounded. She is said to go extra lengths to make sure that Suri lives just like other normal individuals.

In school events, Holmes reportedly makes sure that she does not "draw any attention to her donation," an insider revealed. The Batman Begins actress is said to have no rules regarding how Suri should be treated, as she wants her to be just like any other student.

Suri's father is Golden Globe winner Tom Cruise. Holmes and Cruise got married in 2006 and divorced in 2012. Until now, speculations are still running wild on the reason why the couple, dubbed TomKat, divorced.

There are talks that due to Cruise's strong ties with the Church of Scientology, Holmes was forced to divorce him so she can protect their daughter Suri and prevent her from being caught up in the religion.

Holmes is said to be afraid that Suri could end up like Cruise's ex-wife Nicole Kidman's daughter, who Scientology allegedly turned against her. For Holmes, the last straw was reportedly when members of the religion moved into their home.

Holmes allegedly felt it was time to take Suri away before her daughter ends up cutting off from her due to Scientology's "disconnection" policy, which requires Scientologists to refrain from communicating with family members who have decided to leave the church.
