Contending squad Shanghai Greenland Shenhua FC (5-3-7, 22 points) will look to get back to their winning ways in the 2016 Chinese Super League season as they clash with lowly club Changchun Yatai FC (3-8-4, 13 points) on July 3, Sunday at the Hongkou Stadium.

Shanghai Shenhua's seven-game unbeaten streak was snapped during the previous round following a 1-2 loss to surging capital city team Beijing Guoan FC at the Workers' Stadium last Saturday, CCTV English reported.

After both teams remained scoreless for more than an hour in the contest, Beijing midfielder Zhang Xizhe suddenly netted two quick goals at the 66th and 69th minutes to surprise head coach Gregorio Manzano's squad.

Former Chelsea striker Demba Ba scored a consolation goal at the 83rd off a pass by fellow import Obafemi Martins, but it was all they could do in the match.

Shanghai dropped its first game since the end of April when they beaten by defending champions Guangzhou Evergrande at the Tianhe Stadium. They remain at fifth place in the overall standings.

Meanwhile, Changchun Yatai has been playing well as of late, notching three wins, a draw, and only two losses in their last six matches after starting the season on a horrendous nine-game winless run.

Their last match was a 1-0 win over sixth-placed team Henan Jianye at their home field of Development Area Stadium last Saturday, via Soccerway, which helped them climb out of the bottom two relegation zone.

Bolivian striker Marcelo Martins Moreno scored the lone goal of the contest at the 74th minute to lead head coach Lee Jang-soo's boys, who are now three points above the bottom two area and at the 14th spot of the 16-team China top flight table.

The predicted result is a 2-1 bounce back win for Shanghai Shenhua.
