A seemingly ISIS copycat beheading at an Oklahoma food distribution plant wasn't an act of terror but a workplace violence issue, police and the FBI said Friday. Fired the day before, Alton Nolen, 30, allegedly stormed into Vaughan Foods at Moore, Okla. and beheaded a former co-worker before stabbing and critically injuring another food plant worker and wounding a company official who happened to be a local police reserve member.

Flights were resuming on a case-by-case basis during the afternoon, but the traffic slowdown affected airports nationwide.
