Two Ohio teens believed to be a couple, were arrested in West Virginia Saturday after a three-state crime spree, according to officials. The Wyandot County Sheriff in Ohio said chasing the teens ended only after a stolen vehicle carrying the teens crashed followed by a police foot chase.
