The Arkansas Supreme Court called for the immediate dismissal of Judge Michael Maggio after it came to light that he had been disclosing confidential details online of an adoption proceeding involving Hollywood actress, Charlize Theron, as well as other shocking comments.

Under the internet pseudonym, "geauxjudge," the Circuit Judge of Faulkener County admitted to leaking information of Theron's adoption proceedings two years ago.  He was not the judge who oversaw her case, however, the adoption of Theron's son, Jackson, in Jan. 2012 was handled in the same city.

Adoption proceedings in the state of Arkansas are confidential and sealed under law, however Maggio disclosed that Theron entered the courtroom wearing a brown wig to disguise herself, and confirmed to another commentator that the baby she adopted was black.

He also posted that he offered to be Theron's "baby daddy."

Some other shocking comments posted by Maggio were of racist and homophobic nature, and some explicit posts even suggested that the judge engaged in bestiality and incest.

Maggio also admitted to posting questionable advice on the internet forum on how to evade drunk driving citations.

The posts were made on the sports website, Tigerdroppings.com.  - a message board made for sports fans of Louisiana State University, Maggio's alma mater.

Due to the discovery of his inappropriate online comments on the site, Maggio was suspended from his duties in March but retained his title and was allowed to continue receiving his annual salary of $140,000 as he waited for his case to be reviewed by the Arkansas Judicial Discipline Commission.

Maggio has since apologized for his lapse in personal judgment.

On Thursday, the Supreme Court ordered that Maggio be barred and relieved of his duties for life in Arkansas and deemed it inappropriate for him to continue receiving pay until the end of his elected term in January 2015.
