SM Town Tokyo to Push Through Despite the Absence of Some Artists

SM Town Live World Tour IV is said to be pushing through this October 4 and 5 despite of the absence of some of their artists including EXO's Lu Han, Girls' generation's Soo Young and Jessica and f(x)'s Sulli.

After kicking off their tour last August 15 in Seoul, SM Town will be continuing with their tour in Tokyo notwithstanding the absence of some of the stars under the managing company, SM Entertainment.

Said idol factory already confirmed the absence of EXO's Lu Han, Soo Young and Jessica of Girls' Generation and f(x)'s Sulli.

One of the Chinese members of EXO, lead vocalist Lu Han, will not be attending the Tokyo concert due to health reasons. It was previously reported that the 24-year old singer was not able to attend the Thailand leg of their 'The Lost Planet' tour due to over fatigue and dehydration.

Lu Han is currently staying in Beijing, his hometown and where he had been staying since late September to recuperate from his illness.

On the other hand, Girls' Generation's Jessica will also be absent from the concert as a result of SM Entertainment's announcement that she will be leaving the group.

Jessica had been relieved of her pre-scheduled activities with her former band after she was allegedly booted out of the girl group. The controversy sparked unrest among supporters of the girl group, but the singer encourage their fans to continue supporting Girls' Generation as an eight-member group.

Another member of the contentious girl group, Soo Young, will be busy preparing for her MBC drama 'My Spring Days and will not be able to attend the Tokyo leg of the SM Town Live Tour.

Lastly, Sulli is still on hiatus, following the news that she had been suffering from some health issues and after new broke out that is dating South Korean rapper Choiza.

While the four singers will not perform in said concert, SHINee's Onew is taking part after being in hiatus to recuperate from a nodule surgery.

SM Town Live World Tour IV will be taking place at the Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo, Japan this October 5 and 6.
