Jennifer Lawrence steps out with a smile after ending romance with Chris Martin

Newly single Jennifer Lawrence was spotted out and about for the first time after her split with Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin.
The 24-year old actress was spotted in Santa Monica after it was revealed that the Oscar winner ended her relationship with 37-year old Chris Martin, after less than three months of dating.

The split came a few days after Chris was spotted with his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow and their children. Gwyneth was photographed lovingly stroking Martin's cheek while Jennifer was seen looking upset the same day while out to dinner with a gal pal.
A source says that Jennifer got tired of watching Chris play happy family with Gwyneth and was annoyed that Chris was keeping her away, it was as if he was ashamed of her. Gwyneth and Chris have been seen out and about several times after they decided to "Conciously uncouple" in March.
Jennifer and Chris started dating in August, a few weeks after she ended things with on and off again boyfriend, British actor and X-men co-star Nicholas Hoult. Chris and Jen were first spotted during a Coldplay concert wherein fans spotted Jennifer in the crowd as she screamed words of endearment to Martin and in return Martin would point towards her directed and say "I see you."
Chris and Jennifer were photographed together, but none of the photos officially confirmed the relationship, rumors of the two moving in together were also reported after Jen was spotted numerous times in Martin's Los Angeles, California home
