"My goal is to get her permanent adequate housing," Esquibias added.

In Amanda's latest tweet, she confirmed that she was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and manic depressive.

"I was diagnosed bi - polar and manic depressive so I'm on medication and I'm seeing my psychologist and pyshchiatrist weekly so I'm fine :D," she tweeted.

The next day, though, the actress tweeted that one of her friends had posted on her account. It still not clear if she's referring on her earlier tweet about her diagnosis.

According to People magazine, the private conservator will handle Amanda's day-to-day needs like food, shelter and medication among others.

The actress' mom and dad are believed to be transferring from California to Texas to be near their eldest daughter.

Esquibias also denied the reports that there is a rift between Amanda and her parents. This is with regards the tweets of the actress about her parents not giving her enough money to buy necessities.

Amanda tweeted: "I'm so mad at my parents. They are with holding my belongings and money from me so I don't have new clothes or enough money to rent an apartment."

A report of TMZ said that, the parent felt burnt out by the situation of their daughter.

Esquibias assured the public that her parents are "very proud" of the actress progress and love her very much.

The actress was just recently released from a psychiatric facility and was seen dining to a restaurant in which people notice her odd behavior.

The next hearing for the conservatorship is scheduled on February 2015.
