Technology retail-favorite Best Buy has officially unveiled its 2014 Black Friday deals, which can now be seen on the company's website. Below is a brief look at how the event compares to its competition.

Retail competitors including Target and Wal-Mart will open at 6 p.m. local time on Thanksgiving. But Best Buy will open its doors an hour earlie at 5 p.m.

Consumers typically look toward Best Buy when purchasing Black Friday deals on certain electronics, and many are expected to take advantage of the company's low prices this year.

Best Buy will offer a Panasonic 50-inch LED 1080p HDTV for $199.99 (value of $500). In comparison to its competition, that price is about $20 less than Wal-Mart's unknown-brand 50-inch LED 1080p HDTV. So not only is it cheaper than Wal-Mart's best TV deal, the Panasonic brand could potentially be of better quality as well.

However, if consumers are looking at the best bang for their buck, then their sights should be locked in on Target's 40-inch 1080p HDTV for only $119.

Best Buy will offer an Xbox One console bundle with "Assassin's Creed: Unity" for $329.99, which is consistent with the prices with Wal-Mart. However, Target once again steals the spotlight offering the same bundle for the same price, but also adding a $50 gift card.

Additionally, Best Buy will be separating itself from the competition by offering trade-in deals. Consumers can purchase the iPhone 6 for just $99.99 when trading in any previous iPhone.

Many more deals will be on sale for Best Buy's Black Friday event continuing from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day, and will reopen for more deals on Friday at 8 a.m. local time.
