Bob Lam Praises May Chan for Her Kissing Skills

Hong Kong actor Bob Lam steals actress May Chan's first kiss in the TVB comedy 'Come On, Cousin' and later compliments her for her good 'kissing skills' despite it being her first.

Lam and Chan, who are featured as lovers in the new TVB drama 'Come On, Cousin', has shared an intense kissing scene in one of the episodes. According to media reports, the two stars filmed for a rather heated kissing scene from the streets, going inside the house, all the way to the bedroom.

Their kissing scene had been so intense, that media outlets claim that it could be compared to the two-minute kissing scene shared by international actor Chow Yun Fat and Carol Cheng in the TVB drama called 'The Good, the Bad and the Ugly' which was aired back in 1979.

Furthermore, the kiss that Chan shared with Lam is said to be her very first kiss in real life. The actress stated that she had been too nervous about the scene that she repeatedly brushed her teeth and rinsed her mouth just to make sure that she did not have bad breath. Everything turned out well and Chan had been professional while shooting the scene.

On the other hand, Lam was very surprised when he heard that the kissing scene was Chan's first kiss. He then commended that actress for her kissing skills, saying that he didn't feel like it was her first time kissing someone.

"She knew the right places and we finished it all in one take! We both bit the dust," said Lam, later promising that if no one would 'want' her a few years after the scene airs, he would protect Chan and take care of her.

Lam then jokingly added that it would be an easy task for him to take care of the actress along with his two kids and wife because the actress is currently in a diet and wouldn't need much food.

When asked if he thinks that the kissing scene was too heavy, the actor stated that it has always been his style and he doesn't really mind what other have to say about it.
