Unfortunately, the Los Angeles Times reported that Jolie's car had an accident on the second screening because most of the drivers in L.A. are somewhat inept particularly when it is raining.

However, from this day onwards, fans and the media are on constant watch for updates every Monday on the possible winners of the most prestigious award in the entertainment industry.

Deadline reported that Jolie firmly believes that "Unbroken" is worth filming, considering Zamperini's exemplary achievements in his lifetime.

Jack O'Connell also got a life-changing character by going through the person of Zamperini. Going through the intense scenes of tragedy in a prison camp, "Unbroken" is so apt for the film's title, because Zamperini was able to rise after the most horrible circumstances.

More than its worth for the award, the film also speaks of man's will power and determination to survive, particularly amidst the horrors in the battlefield. We may have seen so much about wars, but this time we will look into Zamperini's personal journey and his way of coping with the most traumatic experience one can endure in a lifetime.

Others were brought to tears, violence is no joke. It would have been better if the film was shown on the big screen while he was still alive. Although Deadline reported that Zamperini have watched the movie on Jolie's laptop before he passed away at the age of 97.
