New HBO Series: HBO is Bringing the Stars Together

Some people said that putting Hollywood A-listers together to create a television series is impossible. However, HBO made it possible.

HBO just announced their new TV series, untitled Rock 'n' Roll project. The series will feature many famous Hollywood faces that you would not expect seeing on the small screen.  This long hour TV series will be headed by Mick Jagger and Martin Scorsese and will feature Ray Romano, Olivia Wilde, Bobby Cannavae and more A-list star that will appear in the show.

The series is set in New York City and will feature the life during 1970s era. It will show the rock and roll lifestyle during 70s, which is more on drugs, sex and other vices. Cannavale will play Richie Finestra, the president and founder of the top-tier label,  American Century Records. In the series Cannavale's character has a great ear for talent and experiencing a crisis of character when faced with a life-changing decision. Wilde will play the role Cannavale's character's wife, Devon Finestra. Devon is a former actress-model who live a Bohemian life in New York during the 1960s. The crisis that Richie is facing causes tension in their family and force her to return to her former lifestyle.

Romano will play the role of one of Richie's partner, Zak Yankovich. Zak is tough and confident Head of Promotions of American Century.

Juno Temple will play the role of the motivated assistant in the A&R Department of American Century.

Andrew "Dice" Clay will play the role of Frank "Buck" Rogers, the cocaine-fueled owner of different radio stations.

Max  Casella  will play the role of  Julius "Julie" Silver, the nurturing, but with a short-tempered temper and the Head of A&R of American Century.

Ato Essandoh will play the role of Lester Grimes, Richie Finestra's ex-colleague and a former singer.

James Jagger will play the role of Kip Stevens, the lead singer of an early punk-rock band.

The star-studded HBO series does not have its premiere date yet.
