The "Guardians of Peace", the hacker group that has leaked and uploaded the private email correspondences between Sony executives, has recently announced that those who want to keep their emails private from the public should let the know.

According to the group, they are opening the lines of communication to all employees of Sony Pictures. All the workers need to do is to send the group the following message:

Like Us on Facebook

"Message to SPE Staffers. We have a plan to release emails and privacy of the Sony Pictures employees. If you don't want your privacy to be released, tell us your name and business title to take off your data."

The said message was posts on Pastebin and Friendpaste, two websites frequented by the said hackers, and where most of the stolen data have been released on.

Before the email leak even happened, the production company already knew that their systems were vulnerable. Aside from the email correspondences, the group has leaked celebrity data such as aliases and salaries, as well as the contact information and Social Security numbers of both cast and crew of different films produced by Sony.

Aside from letting employees know that they can prevent their private files from being made public, the group also shared that they will be uploading "more interesting" files on line, and in greater quantities and at a shorter amount of time.

Sony has yet to comment about this development.

It's been a rather embarrassing week for Sony Pictures, and for Sony co-chairman Amy Pascal in particular whose mailbox was hacked and whose email threads have been released to the public.

Among her correspondences was an email between herself and producer Scott Rudin, who referred to actress Angelina Jolie as a spoiled brat with minimal talent.

In another email, screenwriter referred to Michael Fassbender as an unknown, but who was talented enough to be given a big break.
