Some fans of CN Blue have even left comments on Bii's new music video, citing the points of similarities between the two songs. Many have expressed their disappointment about the matter.

Aside the issue at hand, some fans have also pointed out other similarities between CN Blue and Bii's other songs. A user has cited that Bii admits to being a CN Blue fan and it wasn't a secret that he has been covering the band's songs in the past. Another has pointed out that Bii's 'My Love for You Won't Change' sounds similar to CN Blue's 'Because I Miss You'.

Despite the criticisms, there were also those who have doubted that Bii would pull off something like plagiarizing CN Blue's songs, saying that it would have been too obvious.

In response to the accusations being thrown at him, Bii stated that after listening to 'Baby Don't', he admits that the song sounded very similar to that of 'I'm Sorry'. However, he also defended himself, saying, "As both tracks are in the pop-rock genre with similar tempos, the songs will naturally be close."

In addition, Bii's representative stated that the singer himself composed half of the tracks in his new album. The rep also added that people should be more critical when it comes to listening, but added that Bii is open to all commentary about his songs as they see it as an opportunity to improve their music production in the future.
