A Montana woman gave birth to identical triplets, which is a one-in-a-million possibility according to doctors.

Jody Kinsey and her husband, Jase, recently welcomed three boys all at once at the Billings Clinic. The triplets, Cade, Ian and Milo, will be joining their six-year old big brother, Jax.

Jody said she's overwhelmed. She's thinking about the future of the triplets, if they'll be going on the same path, and she's more than ready for the babies to grow faster.

Dr. Dana Damron, Billings Clinic maternal fetal medicine physician, said Kinsey's case is incredibly rare. The doctor stated that triplets conceived with fertility drugs are more common, as are spontaneous triplets that are fraternal, meaning they're not all identical.

The Kinseys weren't receiving any form of fertility treatment, however. As the boys were born prematurely, there were medical concerns. Damron said the triplets had no trouble breathing. Unfortunately, "eating was a little bit more of a challenge" for Ian and Milo.

Ian and Milo will require further medical treatment. Both are currently receiving nutrition through feeding tubes and should be able to go home before the end of the month.

Reports said the Kinsey boys' father is also the son of a twin, and the mother hadn't ruled out a multiple birth.

The triplets were born in "excellent" condition.
