How much are you willing to pay for love?  An elite dating agency will help you find your perfect partner for a price tag of HK$155,000.

Dating agency Berkeley International is setting up shop in Hong Kong, to help those lonely at the top, find lifetime partners.

Mairead Molloy, director and owner of the London-based matchmaking company, pairs up the world's wealthy, whose hectic work and unpredictable travel schedules have placed relationships waiting at the sidelines.

Their decision to expand in Hong Kong is seen to change the lives of the lonely jet setters.  For Hong Kong people, time is fortune, and every minute lost, is a step away from being rich.

"If you pay the fee that we charge, you're not coming in to look for arm candy," Molloy said. "Our clients are looking for serious relationships, longevity, marriage, children."

Molloy said, the interest for romance and relationships among high achievers have pushed inquiries up by 115%, days ahead of Valentine's Day.

Molloy's rules state, that first dates must conform to the traditional way of courting - such as man picking the woman up from her door.

After the date, each party reports to the agency if there was chemistry between them.

Molloy said, success rates were highest among younger daters.  Men were more decisive, while women over-analyzed.

Berkeley said, the company has led to an average of 10 marriages each year.

But becoming a member of Berkeley, comes with a price.  UK membership starts at around £10,000.  For those who are more demanding, the company charges up to  £60,000.

Despite clients who are willing to pay, Molloy says there are some that they need to turn away.

"If we can't help you we'll tell you," she says. "I have to try and tell people, without making them feel like zombies, that you can't buy love. You can't search by DNA, you can't create the perfect human - but for £60k, some people think that I can!" she said.
