A lot of the fans already know the Resurrection of F refers to none other than Frieza, one of Son Goku's deadliest enemies. It seems Sorbet and Tagoma, two of Frieza's faithful followers, have gotten their hands on the fabled Dragon Balls.

They made a wish to bring back their leader back to life. A resurrected Frieza wasted no time in plotting his revenge on Goku.

For the first time, Frieza starts to train to make sure he won't be defeated again by Goku. He also changes his fighting tactics, attacking at full strength early on rather than gradually increasing the ferocity of his attacks.

The creator of the Dragon Ball story, Akira Toriyama, is writing the screenplay of the upcoming film and will be a major contributor in the film making of Resurrection F.  According to Toriyama, Son Goku will no longer assume the Super Saiyan form because he doesn't need it anymore.

Fans will also see Krillin in a new light and he's joined the police force.  Humor is always present in all the Dragon Ball series.

Aside from Frieza, Goku and his friends will have to deal with the Lord of Destruction, Beerus. What part he will play in this upcoming movie has yet to be revealed.

The movie's theme was actually inspired by song written in 2008 by Maximum the Hormone, a Japanese rock group. Aptly titled F, it will be the soundtrack for the main fight scene of Goku and Frieza.

Japanese audience will get to see Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection of F this April. Fans in North America will have to wait for a few months longer as it will hit American theaters by Dec. 31, 2015.
