It contains all genres of music in the last fifty years, noted Forbes in its report.

Music Vault also supported its claim, affirming that it had already uploaded video online estimated at over 2,000 hours of content.

Music fans now, noted Forbes, can search for hit songs and performances “from one-off songs to full concerts that can last for hours.”

This means that fans of Aretha Franklin can now enjoy her music, and those whose world have been rocked by Metallica can relive the thrills of watching them live from the videos now available on the channel.

YouTube, through the Music Vault, promised a different set of video music already accessible on its video bank online.

To ensure music fans will see a different array of live videos, the Music Vault asserted that it spent two years to edit and remaster the videos that will cater to the entertainment needs of fans from all walks of life.

It said gone are the days of shaky videos with poor sound quality as the new 13,000 live videos are sure to have better quality.

The Music Vault, according to Forbes, wants to make its name in the online world of music as the “destination for high quality concert videos for every generation.”

“Younger music fans will now be able to experience what it was like to see these classic bands at the peak of their powers while their parents relive the thrill of seeing shows they actually attended,” Forbes quoted Music Vault content editor Bill Antonucci as saying.

Introduced in April this year, Music Vault prides itself as the “world’s greatest collection of live music.”

As described on its web page, Music Vault, “presents the greatest selection of exclusive live performances from legendary artists and your new favorite bands.

Our new videos and playlists are hand-curated and added daily from the largest live music collection in the world.”
