June 22nd, when the Miami Heat took home the NBA title for the second straight year, you can imagine how exciting these players are. They headed to Story Nightclub to enjoy a great taste of victory. Story Nightclub is the most renowned nightclub in Miami. According to ESPN, Heat ultimately got a $100,000 bill, however the boss of Story Nightclub was so generous that he announced, "I'm not going to charge the Heat".

David Grutman owes the Story Nightclub. He said the players ordered 100 bottles of Dom Perignon and three 3-liter bottles of champagne. Grutman said the club sells the standard 750-milliliter bottles of Dom Perignon for $850 each and the club sells 3-liter bottles, called Jeroboams, for $5,000. In this way, Heat ordered champagne with a total value of more than $100,000.

"I'm not going to charge Heat," Grutman said.

However, in 2011, he didn't treat the Dallas Mavericks the same way. Mavericks boss Mark Cuban had to pay for the bill when his team beat the Heat in the Finals. Dallas Mavericks celebrated in another nightclub called "LIV", which is also owned by Grutman. At last LIV charged Cuban $90,000 for a 15-liter bottle of Arnaud de Brignac champagne.

"We were in the back when his credit card was denied," Grutman recalled. "So he called up and said, 'this is Mark Cuban. We just won the championship. I want spend some more money? Could you solve the problem? ' " Grutman said then the purchase was authorized.

But the champagne in the locker room, which was used for celebrating after Heat won the championship, wasn't free. Heat paid for the champagne they used in the locker room. The champagne was provided by French winery Moët & Chandon, the company paid to be the official champagne of the Heat's playoff run.

For the heat players in Story Club, they not only drank all the alcohol free, but also had food delivered to them at the club. What a gala night!
