‘Younger’ Series Puts Hilary Duff Back In the Limelight

After her much publicized divorce from hockey player Mike Comrie, Hilary Duff is back in the limelight by being cast in the series "Younger."

Her character is about being a friend of a co-worker who pretends to be younger than her real age, 40. The comedy series has soared high in appreciation rating from its viewers and Duff couldn't help but react, saying, "That's what the show is doing, it's inspiring people not to hold back in any age, you know?" The show is not the only one bringing her to stardom again as she recently took part in a sexy cover shoot for Cosmopolitan magazine.

According to Yahoo News, the singer - actress is also working on her new music, even following suit to the trend of dyeing the hair that relentlessly compared her to Kylie Jenner citing both their bold moves. Hilary went to address the issue, saying, "I did hear the Kylie Jenner comparisons right when I dyed my hair, she's a trendsetter and I'm happy to be in that company." She also said that the color is just an experimental urge and assured her fans that she will return to her original color.

According to USMagazine, Duff talked about her divorce from Comrie to which she admitted they were both in love when they met, and that they had no second thoughts about getting married. Duff started her career in showbiz at a very young age and she said at the time, "making that choice at a very young age seemed right for me."

The couple had one child named Luca who is 2 years old, and after four years of being together, the two decided to separate in January 2014. Comrie's alleged "aggressive hitting" on her waitress during a night out in Beverly Hills only put more fire on their rocky relationship.
