Nobody likes people who kiss and tell especially when there wasn't even a "kiss" to boast about. Andy Cohen boasted in his show on Tuesday that he once had sex with the newly married Lance Bass.

While Cohen is skilled at making his guests reveal their dirty little secrets, friends of the Bass said that it was Cohen who went too far.

One of the "It's Gonna Be Me" singer's friends is even concerned that the host's revelation might cause some serious rift between Bass and an ex because the former NSYNC member was apparently always in a relationship. Though his longtime friend cannot be certain of the timeline, the source added that it would come as no surprise if Bass was indeed in a relationship at the time that he and Cohen allegedly slept together.

An insider also weighed in on the disclosure and said that it was tacky for the Bravo host to bring it up knowing that Bass just got married last year.

Bass, who came out of the closet in 2006, tied the knot with actor and Pop Art painter Michael Turchin in December of last year after four years of dating, which is why the source, sounding disappointed, said, "That's what I thought was so unnecessary."

"Why would Andy bring this up now, literally right after his wedding?" the source asked.

In the special segment which aired Tuesday, Sonja Morgan of "Real Housewives of New York," reversed the situation and quizzed Cohen with extremely personal questions that he usually teases his guests with. When asked by Morgan about the most famous person he had ever sex with, Cohen answered, "Lance Bass."

However, Bass denies ever having sex with Cohen. Though he refused to tell people what really went down between them, he clarified that "There was no Andy D going in my B."

Bass had previously shared back in 2012 that he shared a "romantic, sunset kiss" with Cohen but added that it didn't go anywhere.
