The video had complete details including the PEGI ratings as well as the release date. The new version is available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Additionally, the report claimed that the new game is being developed for Oculus Rift; however, the speculation of September release would mean that the new game hits markets much before the expected release of the Oculus Rift headset, which is expected to arrive in 2016.

Meanwhile, Three One Zero has confirmed the news of the leak. Another report on Naked Game Play points out that the leaked video was posted by German Xbox fansite Xbox Newz. "Adrift," published by 505 games, is a unique interactive gaming platform that is based on the first person play concept. As for the plot of the game, the story revolves around an astronaut who wakes up floating through the wreckage of what was once a lively space station; however, he has no memory of the incidents that preceded the situation. The core purpose of the gamer is to understand the set-up and repair the escape vehicle to successfully head home.

During the course of the game, the players have to find clues, discover events and incidents that led to the situation. The development of the game is spearheaded by Adam Orth and Omar Aziz. Adam was previously associated to Microsoft and he started to work on the game when he resigned from Microsoft in 2013.
