After a season of disappointment, Radamel Falcao will not exercise his contract clause at Old Trafford planning to leave this summer.

The Daily Star reported that the Columbian International who is one of the fearsome striker in the past few years was already claimed  to agreed a terms with the current Premier League Champion Chelsea FC. Radamel is determined to go to Stamford Bridge next season but thelength and the term of the deal hasn't yet finalized, whether it's season long loan deal or a complete transfer.

Manager Jose Mourinho admitted he want to replace his legendary striker Didier Drogba, who is set to leave this summer with a striker of Falcao's caliber. The Colombian goal-scorer struggled with injuries in 2013-14 season during his time, and his misfortune carried on during his stint with Manchester United.

Tallying only 4 goals in 29 appearances throughout the entire season via ESPN FC stats, Falcao was simply a shell of his old self and his much publicized brushes with Red Devils manager Louis Van Gaal further complicated the situation.

However, Falcao vowed to regain his lost form during the on going Copa America 2015, representing his native land Columbia with his old teammate in As Monaco and current Real Madrid CF James Rodriguez.

Falcao, who was earning £265,000 a week with Man United, will reportedly get significant wage cut, so that he can continue playing in England. The prospect of having Falcao around will even bolster Chelsea FC's title chances next season, especially if Diego Costa recaptured his form at the start of last season.

With the continued improvement of the reigning Barclays Premier League Player of the Year Eden Hazard, this team is poised to repeat their Championship winning season in 2015-16 campaign.

Also, Chelsea big wigs is in the process of securing stability within  the coaching ranks with manager Jose Mourinho on the verge of signing a new contract that would see him stay at least four years at Stamford Bridge. According to the Daily Mail, the deal would make the Portuguese the highest-paid manager in the world at £7.5m per year after-tax, while his Portuguese assistants Rui Faria and Silvino Louro will also be given new offers to help Chelsea FC clinch their 5th Premier League title in franchise's history.
