'Batman: Arkham Knight' Update: 'Batmobile Edition' No Longer Available; Warner Bros. Explains What Caused The Cancellation!

According to VG 24/7, the Batmobile edition of "Batman: Arkham Knight" has been taken out from every retail stores across the globe. The Batmobile edition of the game were exclusive to specific retailers across the the word, and each store has contacted various customers to tell them about the bad news.

The "Batman Arkham Knight" Batmobile edition was packaged together with the last Batman Arkham game with an 80-page art book, steel book case, a limited edition DC comic, three new Batman costumes and a transfoming Batmobile toy. The Batmobile edition of the game cost around $200, IGN reported.

Kotaku has reported that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has issued an apology for gaming fans who have pre-ordered the "Batman: Arkham Knight" Batmobile edition due to "unforseen circumstances" that compromized its quality.

Gaming fans were frustrated to hear about the sudden cancellation and demanded an refund of there money.

As an answer to there problem, Warner Bros advised there customers to go to the retail store that have ordered and they will recieve there full refunds or they can use to buy another "Batman: Arkham Knight" limited bundle pack.

IGN adds the Warner Bros. will be offering the New 52 pack in "Batman: Arkham Knight" for Batman, Nightwing and Robin, free of charge.

PC Advisor noted that some of "Batman: Arkham Knight's" pre-order editions will not be present forever as they have a "time limit." An example of this is the Redhood Pack that was exclusive to GameStop as Warner Bros. said yesterday its availability has a limit and gamers who owns either the Premium pack or Season Passes will eventually get all of the DLC packs, regardless of where they bought the game.

Entertainment Weekly previously reported that Warner Bros. and Rocksteady studios showcased a new trailer for "Batman Arkham Knight" that previews a glimpse of the Scarecrow Nightmare pack of the game.


It further adds that the new TV ad for "Batman: Arkham Knight" also contained a small spoiler regarding the fate of the Cape Crusader as he is hinted to "die" in the final Batman Arkham game.


"Batman: Arkham Knight" will be available on June 23, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and for the PC.
