Nomura previously said that Square Enix will likely make some changes within the plot and gameplay in the "Final Fantasy VII" remake, and all of the beloved characters in the game will recieve an updated look, which will likely be similar to "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children."

It was also previously mentioned that there is a chance that the "Final Fantasy VII" remake will be available for the Xbox One and PC platforms; however, UberGizmo reported that Nomura casually confirmed that "Final Fantasy VII" remake will a PlayStation 4 exclusive game only.

Nomura said that the "FVII" remake will come first in the PS4 console as he claimed during an interview with Famitsu that he and his team are thinking to put the game beyond PS4 console, and they are still "undecided" if they are to push through with it.

When Famitsu asked about the "Final Fantasy VII" remake's RPG system, Nomura teasingly said that he can't share any details, but they are changing it to a more "realistic" system.

It was reported that some fans of the game series pleaded to Square Enix to not change the gameplay style with the "Final Fantasy VII" remake and they are worried that they will try to remove the game's classic turn based combat system.

The website further adds that by removing "FFVII's" turn based gameplay, Square Enix would make a grave mistake to the loyal fans of the series, and they simply wanted the same game with better graphics.

VG 24/7 reported that Nomura was still overwhelmed by the fact that he was chosen to handle "FFVII" remake as he was under the impression that the game's origanl director Yoshinori Kitase would be in charge of it.

In other news, The Christian Today reported that Square Enix will likely share new details about "Final Fantasy XV" at Gamescom 2015 on August 5-9.

The game's official Twitter page tweeted that Square Enix will showcase some new gameplay footage, a new location for "Episode Duscae" and an official release date.

Gamers will eagerly wait for more details from Square Enix about "Final Fantasy XV" and the "Final Fantasy VII" remake very soon.
