Chinese pop star, Jane Zhang, has managed to make a name for herself in Hollywood. Early reports confirmed that Zhang collaborated with rapper, Big Sean, for the theme song of "Terminator Genisys." Following the premiere of the film, Zhang made an appearance as well at the June 28 film premiere.

In a report made by Xinhuanet, Zhang met members of the media after the film premiere of "Terminator Genisys" in Hollywood. The film starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Emilia Clarke is set to premiere on the big screen by July 1 in the United States.

Zhang, aside from making it to the red carpet premiere, holds a special part in the film. The Chinese pop star had collaborated with rapper, Big Sean, for the films' theme song, "Fighting Shadows." Speaking with The Boom Box, Big Sean claims he had an "amazing experience" working alongside the pop star from China.

"I have been a huge fan of Arnold and the Terminator movies since I was a kid, so it's especially exciting to be a part of the new film," shared Big Sean in a report by Hip-Hop Wired, adding, "Working with Jane has been an amazing experience and I can't wait for audiences around the world to hear her song."

"Fighting Shadows" is the rappers' first collaboration for a film soundtrack. Fans of Sean and Zhang will get to hear the song once the film hits theaters on July 1. For those who wish to hear the song albeit earlier, "Fighting Shadows" will be available on Apple iTunes.

Aside from the film's main theme song, fans of the James Cameron directed film should look forward to the film itself. Cameron claims that the latest installment to the "Terminator" series is "reinvigorating." In addition, the current film starring "Game of Thrones'" Emilia Clarke is quite "respectful of the first two films" as quoted by Yibada.

For those who have only heard of the "Terminator" series, the first four films include "The Terminator" in 1984, "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" in 1991, "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" in 2003, and "Terminator Salvation" in 2009.
