Comedian and late night talk show host, John Oliver, gave Cosmopolitan style editor Joanna Coles an advice on a new sex position they can feature in their magazine.

The "Last Week Tonight" host told Coles that he has a new idea for a revolutionary sex position that he called, "The Apologetic."

Oliver said that the position would somehow include "fetal" positions and "handshakes."

During the interview, Coles commented that Oliver seemed to have a "bit of a makeover" when he jumped to HBO.

"They suggested I get a haircut. But there's so much more to be done," said the British comedian during their Q&A at the Hearst Tower.

"I have cosmetically erratic teeth," Oliver added.

The two also talked about Oliver's recent controversy with his personal takedowns about the FIFA World Cup exposé he did in his series, "Last Week Tonight."

Oliver said that the network received multiple calls to their lawyer to discuss the comments he made on the show.

He also described the lawyer of the show to be "really depressed" when they were talking about the sensitivity of the World Cup topic.

"He's like 'Charlie's Angels,' but really depressed. He's a guy on speakerphone who is always warning us. They're more nervous if we're dealing with someone like FIFA who enjoys being on court," Oliver said.

But, he still defended his stance on the issue and said, "Consequently we were right, so FIFA can go f*** themselves."

Oliver made a 13-minute segment on July 6 about the alleged corruption on FIFA and how the event was just a propaganda for bribery.

"There are now allegations that some FIFA executives took bribes to put the World Cup in Qatar. And I hope that's true, because otherwise it makes literally no sense," said Oliver in the segment.

Oliver told Coles that he does not hate football. He even admitted that his daily morning routine includes checking the BBC website for Liverpool scores.

John Oliver's "Last Week Tonight" started running in HBO on April 27.
