As the Ben-Jen split is still being felt all over the world, Ben is reportedly dating the nanny.

Rumors were flying around the internet that Ben Affleck is starting to get over his ex Jennifer Garner, and is staring to build a romance with the nanny. Us Weekly reports that the 42-year-old Academy Award winner is dating Christine Ouzounian, a nanny the ex-couple hired to take care of their three children. After getting knowledge of the fling, Garner let the nanny go, only to be in constant contact with Affleck over text and email.

The actor, however, denies all allegations involving him and everyone else in the rumor. The Los Angeles Times reports that a representative of Affleck said in an interview that the story is false, and is full of lies. Calling the news that broke out garbage, the rep also said that their party is looking onto legal action, as the alleged photos used as basis for the affair are innocuous and completely innocent.

The couple first met in "Daredevil" where Affleck played the titular character while Jennifer Garner played his nemesis and on-again off-again partner Elektra. They have been married for ten years.

Ouzounian has yet to release her statement. However, the Daily Mail UK reports that the 28-year-old nanny just recently emerged, first seen in Los Angeles after the rumors surfaced, looking all cheery and sunny for the summer sun. In an attempt to create tension, she is reportedly wearing an outfit that is strikingly similar to what Jennifer Garner was wearing the day before.

Though this may just be news that will be shrugged off before the week is over, it cannot be denied how high profile the separation of Jennifer and Ben is. The couple have been one of the most sturdy relationships during the last ten years, and fans can only hope that their kids will not be too affected by the difficult time that the family is going through.
