It looks like new details and possible spoilers for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" have been revealed regarding Doomsday's appearance and a winner of the Batman/Superman showdown.

Heroic Hollywood reportedly claimed that Doomsday will likely make an appearance in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" as numerous news site have already theorized that this version of the monstrous Kryptonian could be the already dead General Zod from the "Man of Steel" film.

According to the website, Doomsday will be seen in a chance encounter with Princess Diana of Theymiscyra, a.k.a Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), as both characters will have massive fight in "Batman V Superman."

During the fight, Wonder Woman managed to chop off Doomsday's hand with her sword, proving that she is a capable warrior on her own. Doomsday does not back down as the monster grew a "bone blade" from his already chopped hand, using it against Wonder Woman.

It was rumored that both director Zack Snyder and company wanted to use Doomsday in film to lure out other heroes from upcoming DCEU films such as Shazam and Aquaman. Screenrant speculated further adds that having Doomsday in the film could cause several scenarios.

First, it will give Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) an idea to lure Superman into another catasthropic battle. Second, a means for him to kill his nemesis. Third, it will give filmmakers a way to unite the DC Trinity (Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman) and lastly it will show all three character's traits and abilties and somehow use them to be a formitable team.

It was previously reported that the scene description of Ezra Miller's version of "The Flash" has been revealed as he along with Doomsday are one the few characters rumored to join "Batman V Superman". Other supporting characters includes Robin, Barbara Gordon, KGBeast and Jimmy Olsen.

In other news, International Business Times reports that Henry Cavil has teased a possible winner between his character and Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) in "Batman V Superman".

Cavill jokingly teased during an interview in "Live with Kelly and Michael" that he was willing to tell which hero would win in the show, but he was not allowed to do so in public, gleefully saying that Warner Bros. will "kill him" if he does.

Cavill further revealed during an interview with Uproxx that Warner Bros. has some "big plans" ahead for the DC Franchise and they are not thinking of movie by movie, but from story to story as well, ComicBook.com reports.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be release on March 25, 2016.
